All orders are being handled by Parcelforce.  Parcelforce have warned that certain areas may take longer to deliver to as they are operating with less staff and have 40% more traffic through their systems due to coronavirus (COVID-19), our collection times from them may alter, so we may not dispatch all goods the same day.  We too are operating with the minimal level of staff so please bear with us and Parcelforce in the current climate, we shall be endeavouring to supply for as long as we possibly can, as long as we are permitted to.  Keep Safe and well.  

Orders are usually delivered the next working day via Parcelforce courier provided that we receive notification of your order before 3.30pm. All orders are tracked, we will email you this tracking number via a link and you can also view your account and order to see your tracking order.

Orders are not delivered or despatched at weekends or on Bank holidays.

When ordering please ensure that the delivery address details are correctly entered as Accounting & Payroll Stationery Ltd (APS) cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address.

All prices on this website are shown excluding VAT. The full order price including delivery and VAT will be shown at the checkout stage. The prices shown are based on receiving orders by telephone or via our website, with payment being made through PAYPAL or by credit card. If you wish to place orders on a 30 day account, we will be happy to discuss your requirements, however, the prices shown on our website will not necessarily apply.


Any goods for return must be in the original packaging and any seals must not be broken or damaged. The customer must examine the goods on receipt and report any damages, incorrectly sent goods or shortfalls within seven working days. If any goods are found to be faulty when used, customers should inform APS as soon as possible. Goods that are accepted for return will be refunded less up to 20% restocking fee to allow for administration and reboxing, also minus any outward delivery costs. Should you be dissatisfied with our products in any way, you have 30 days in which to return the product in the original packaging as supplied.


Customers can cancel their order without charge at any time prior to the goods leaving our premises.
